I am a passionate and highly experienced Project Management professional having been in the project space for over 20 years and in the consultancy space for over 25 years. I have held senior leadership roles and am a Chartered Director (CDir).

I founded Elite Project Consulting towards the end of 2024 and have ambitions to grow the organisation by supporting companies, both large and small, with their projects. I can be engaged at a strategic level and/or as a hands-on delivery expert. Both are key to realising business benefits, and ultimately achieving business goals.

I am an extremely motivated, dynamic and personable change delivery professional. I have consistently and successfully delivered projects and programmes for a diverse range of organisations, from large multi-jurisdictional financial institutions, national and local government, through to smaller boutique companies. 

I have set up, managed and embedded Strategic Portfolio Offices within large financial institutions as well as within the public sector, to ensure effective governance and good practice implementation.

As the Corporate Deputy Lead for the Association of Project Management, Scotland Network (volunteer role) I work with organisations to support the maturity and growth of the industry across Scotland and beyond. For me, society and the economy needs effective delivery of projects - making life better for all of us!
